I am an experienced design and engineering leader with a demonstrated history of working in both consumer and commercial product industries, large corporations, design/engineering consultancy, and small startup companies, including personal computers, tablets, workstations, servers, kitchen and home appliances, medical instruments, drinking water dispensers, coffee brewers, sparkling and beverage machine products. I have directed and orchestrated cross-functional and multicultural teams and partnered with overseas manufacturers with a track record of successfully taking products from concept to production. I have demonstrated robust hands-on opportunity analysis, innovation, research design, industrial design, mechanical design/engineering, user interface/software logic design through heuristic evaluation and usability study, Creo solid/surface 3D modeling, CAE Simulation, Keyshot rendering ability to product architecture defining, product planning/managing, team leading and mentoring skills to product technical service/support, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and utilizing tooling/manufacturing knowledge to collaborate at the factory level’s competence in this complete product life cycle.
